This book is an identification guide illustrating all of the species of birds recorded in Ecuador, including the Galápagos Islands. For this second addition we have made a few changes, such as the addition of a mammal apendix, which we believe should be popular, some notes on the maps about which subspecies occur in Ecuador and more comprehensice, though short, text about voice. In addition to the the mammals, we have added some 20 bird species which have been recently recorded for the first time in Ecuador and there are about 400 new ilustrationes in this edition,many of which have never before been published Maps - Species Accounts - Tinamiformes Tinamous - Anseriformes - Anhimidae Scrteamers -Anatidae Ducks.
